Went to watch the flamenco dancing. Table booked for 8:30. We arrived and no tables set up; staff running around trying to sort. Chaos. Eventually table set up and drinks ordered. 45 minutes after seating we got a drink. Food ordered. Chips were cold; not even slightly warm. Antonio; young waiter; said he would get a bowl to replace them for us all. Sadly a storm came through and everyone ran inside for cover. Once seated insid, remainder of our food arrived. The beef burger was cold as were the chips. We again stated it was not good and told them to take it away and we would not be paying for the burger as not edible. We visited here as we live locally and wanted to watch flamenco dancing. The evening was one of the worst experiences in a restaurant we’ve had. The staff were unwelcoming when we arrived as they were still setting up tables etc and this was half an hour before the evening event began. We had to ask the frantic and stressed staff for drinks and again for a menu otherwise we’d have been ignored. Some of our food arrived stone cold like the burger and fries which we returned and didn’t ask for a replacement as the service took a while but they still tried to charge us for the returned food. Fui ayer, 29/07/2022 para ver un espectáculo musical. Por la parte del concierto genial, pero por la parte del Bar/restaurante decepcionante. Pedí la carta y no quería darmela por parte del que supuestamente parecía el jefe), luego cuando vi la cuenta comprendí porque era... Timo de tapa y caña. Los chicos jóvenes que nos atendieron muy profesionales y atentos pero el dueño (o el que al menos se las da de encargado es para echarle de comer aparte. Nos cobran las tapas que supuestamente estaban incluidas con la caña y nos increpa (según el la tapa son las aceitunas cuando se nos ofreció marineras y otras tapas como parte de la oferta Además de tratar mal a su personal (a ver quién aguanta a ese de jefe... .

Excelente y magnífico restaurante para celíacos, pocos sitios donde tengan tanto cuidado con la contaminación de comida para celíacos, lo recomiendo 100x100, un diez de nota
