We have visited La Piscina Parilla three times whilst staying at Playa Joyel. This requires timing your visit to coincide with the tides in the estuary- which makes it all part of the fun! The food is good value- seafoods, meats, salads. A jug of beer/ sangria is great value at €9 and bottles of wine are €10-€11 It isn’t table service- you place your order at the counter and wait for the timer to tell you it’s ready. Staff are pleasant and friendly and were happy to indulge my basic Spanish! For our first two visits there were tables free and no queue. Nuestra primera noche en Olvera cenamos aquí y nos gustó tanto que repetimos. Las 2 noches cenamos por 30 euros los 2, y no nos quedamos precisamente con hambre... Raciones abundantes y buenas, y la fritura en su punto. Entre ambas noches probamos la ensalada mediterranea, el pulpo aliñado, las puntillas, los calamares, el adobo, el queso y la rosada, nada nos defraudó. El camarero fue muy agradable, y el dueño muy atento. Totalmente recomendable!
Dentro de lo que hay por la zona tiene producto de calidad estándar y a un precio razonable. La terraza un poco desorganizada porque va a batalla: el que encuentre sitio que se apañe. La atención rápida y amable, aunque podría mejorar algo que haya más personal recogiendo las comandas, porque se forman colas al haber solo una persona. Para un picoteo variado es muy buena opción y la ubicación es muy buena.
Este es un local con una excelente ubicación, asador,cervecera con un menú variado de todo un poco sus precios son asequibles rapidez en el servicio , la comida bien con raciones generosas , el local suele estar concurrido no se puede reservar hay que pedir en mostrador y cuando suena el avisador recogerlo Réservez une table maintenant
The setting is like a Picknick area with ocean view. No serving at the tables. Order and collect you food at the counter. The blackboard provided choice for everyone. Food tastes is fine. Not great, but if I would take the prices into consideration, I would have to give it 4-5 stars !!
