The location, food, and decor were great. The service was adequate, but not what I would expect from a nice NYC restaurant. I ordered a coffee and the waiter brought me an Americano for $4.50, and acted a little confused when I asked for artificial sweetener instead of sugar. There was a couple sitting next to us that was groping each other and making out, making it very awkward and uncomfortable. Nobody from the restaurant said anything to them and it went on for the entire brunch. We ate quickly so we could leave as soon as possible.
I used to love this place, but now they changed management and you could notice that the service was very casual . They also got rid of the cuban band replacing it with a jazz duo nice, but too loud for this venue and there are plenty jazz brunch venues in New York, we do not need another one! I do not see myself returning to the Americano soon.
The restaurant is in a convenient location and has a nice atmosphere, although it is a bit dark inside. It has a similar vibe to a hotel lobby, which makes sense since it is located in a hotel. The dishes are small and meant for sharing, but they are not particularly outstanding in terms of flavor.
The food is always good, but I 've been going to this restaurant since they opened and they have NEVER managed to hire waiters who know the word proper service ! They are The managers need to seriously think about hiring proper waiters.

we really enjoyed the environment. the menu items on the open table are not up to date. they have a very limited menu. if they go here for drinks I would recommend having a date or friends. when they go to eat here, they stay far away.
The food was delicious and the ambiance was nice, but the service was extremely slow. It's important to mention that the tip is already included in the price, even with the slow service.
Ideal for business meetings and lunch gatherings, this restaurant offers a peaceful atmosphere. The dishes are delicious, but the portion sizes are on the smaller side.
