Great casual dinning restaurant along main resort area in Canet en Roussillon. Staff very helpful, friendly and attentive. Mainly pizzas offered on their menu, however other dishes such as salads, lasagne meat fish options are available. Pizza being the speciality, with over 20 different topping combinations to choose from. This restaurant offers excellent pizza choices from vegetarian, fish and meat, all on a thin crisp base. Very reasonably priced in my opinion better than other pizza restaurants in the area.
We have eaten here a few times and have never been disappointed. The family who run this restaurant all speak English and are very welcoming. Large range of pizzas on the menu and the food is delicious. Very reasonably priced too. Owners are big rugby league fans and games are shown on screens around the restaurant. It also stays open in low season when most other restaurants have closed. Well worth a visit. We will definitely be back when we are back in the area.
We have been to this family run Resturant many times food is consistently good ..sometimes very busy on rugby match days ..but still good.. comes with a smile a quick chat, English is spoken nothing us too much trouble..children are very welcome anytime of the day,they also have a large terrace which is very popular in high season over looking the beach If you like pizza it's one of the best but they do other food as well quite a good menu
We arrived in Canet at 6pm and found the majority of restaurants closed. Happened to find an English speaking man on the street he happened to be the owner. He recommended Pizzatheque and said if we didn’t like the pizza, we didn’t have to pay! Great pizza selection they were damn tasty!! Was happy to hand over the €35 (two pizzas a lasagne two beers)! Affordable and delicious. Would definitely recommend to others!

Les entrées et les desserts étaient excellents, tout comme le vin. Le personnel était très sympathique et serviable. Malheureusement, le plat principal n'était pas particulièrement bon pour aucun de nos choix. La lasagne de ma femme manquait de goût et mon veau n'était pas bien cuit et les frites étaient molles. Dommage car c'était un joli restaurant.
We really enjoyed our meal at La Pizzatheque. The staff were very friendly and nice and the pizzas were excellent. Very authentic. There was a mix up with my daughters pizza but the staff were very apologetic and nice about it. Service was fast. It's not cheap for what you get but the overall experience is very good .
Les pizzas et la salade verte étaient vraiment bonnes. Le service était également bon. La nourriture était savoureuse et servie relativement rapidement. La pizza au fromage de chèvre et au miel était particulièrement délicieuse. J'ai aimé la possibilité de choisir une petite, moyenne ou grande pizza.
We came here as we was visiting Perpignan with the rugby (Hull Fc)and stumbled across this place while visiting the beach . The staff was fantastic and so friendly. We had lunch with the kids and it was very nice and not over priced. Would definitely return the next time we’re over in Perpignan

But the service is mediocre and the hygiene disturbing. Dirty tables not cleaned up on your arrival, but just covered up with table sets. Dirty dishware too. The service is minimal, not professional and unusually long for just a few tables. You can probably find better around.
Un restaurant incontournable. La nourriture est exceptionnelle et le service est brillant. Situé en front de mer dans un emplacement excellent. Vaut vraiment la visite.
