The al pastor is prominently displayed in the prep area, which is the first thing you notice when you walk into this cozy restaurant—what a fantastic touch! As a self-proclaimed taco de lengua enthusiast, I can confidently say that theirs quickly became one of my top three lengua options! The food was exceptional, and the staff was fantastic. I live a 40-minute drive from Highwood, but I would gladly make the trip just to dine here. The tacos were outstanding, and the asada quesadilla was equally impressive.
