La Plank - Réserver une table

we choose this restaurant because of the cheap reviews on travel advisors. when we didn't walk in the back, we came out for a few minutes. we wanted to sit on a table with a bench, but we said we had to take one table at the window because the other tables were for the masters. we took the table at the window, but it was cold because my back was against the window. all the time we were there, only three people came in. one sat on the bar and the other couple were allowed to sit on the table we wanted. next to this strange interaction with the guy behind the bar was eating well and our server was very friendly.

we went to dinner on a Saturday and although there were some activities, I would not qualify that time is super busy. after the order we waited outside for over 45 minutes to get hamburger and grilled cheese. many suppliers. (skip the. came and picked up orders before we had our food. at one point no one came out in about 10 minutes and NO order came out (because we were not alone to wait. Of course, it was my first and last time I went to this place, not even a confirmation that we waited long.

We just slammed the place with 25 people. It’s a smaller place and we had a bit of a wait for food (understandable since we slammed them). Everything we ordered was great. Homemade burgers. Poutine. Calamari. Awesome food. Highly recommend.

The 2 most important aspects of a restaurant; great service and great food. La Plank has both and more. The atmosphere was enjoyable as was the music. My family loved it and we would definitely go back.
