If you enjoy La Porta the restaurant, you will love La Porta Via. I have been waiting for this take out spot to be open for months but was told they kept running into snags. Finally, a NOW OPEN flag was placed atop the sign so my lady and I pulled in to find it. Tucked in the back behind the office building you will find this deceptively small looking building that is actually very spaceous inside. On the shelves you'll find a number of italian specialty items: dried pastas, desserts, chips etc. In the cases you will find prepared foods, salads and sauces. The lasagna with a fried egg on top was delicious. The cod special was also very tasty. The service was great and the staff was very friendly. The outside seating area is covered and not too noisy. There may be parking spots available behind the restaurant, but we parked out front along 352. It's a single strip of angled parking off the road. If you park at the end, make sure to back up far enough to avoid driving over the curb that drops down onto 352. Just something to be aware of.
I have passed by this restaurant many times without ever stepping inside, but I am so glad I finally did. La Porta is a charming and cozy little restaurant with a rustic interior and amazing food. Our server Owen was friendly and enjoyable. The drinks, appetizers, dinner, and desserts were all excellent. Whether it's for a date night or any other night out, I highly recommend La Porta. The 2 for $25 pizza deal at La Porta is hands down the best tasting pizza deal around. Their artisan pizza is outstanding cooked in a wood burning oven, with great tasting crust, cheese, fresh tomato sauce. We got the margarita and plain cheese plus a Caesar salad. Great service. Great people preparing your food. Worth a try!

Great place for Happy Hour. Except for the pizza, the food quality/quantity is not at all what it use to be. My fav, Gnocchi with crab is no longer on the menu. The meatball, where was the sauce that makes it so good? Parking: The parking is tight. Get there between 3:30 and 4 and you may be ok.
Well there is now no need to head to Philly for Paesano's. This place has all your favorites, and everything has been executed perfectly. From the Italian to the specials to the Torrezeaux (spicy chicken cheesesteak). All kinds of take away items as well.
This is the third time I have visited this restaurant, and I suppose I must enjoy punishment. We came here for dinner to celebrate my daughter's birthday. The last time we were here, the food was good, but the service was lacking.
My friend suggested we have lunch a LaPorta. I was pleasantly surprised to find a little gem of a restaurant. Lovely atmosphere, good food, and good service. Much better than all of the chain restaurants out there.

I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The food was delicious and the building was fascinating. The only downside was the parking situation. Overall, it was an awesome place!
