It is admirable the solidity of these old Parisian addresses, which maintain over time furnishings, teaches, atmosphere, rigour, quality of food. Here the choice on paper is added daily proposals. cured cuisine, traditional with pride, well presented. it has been tried (not by me) the dish that gives the name to the local, recipe loved by enrico iv: a chicken in broth that in reality, accompanied by other pieces of different meat, becomes a boiled; judged great. I have enjoyed a plentiful "Lambshell braised to the ancient." flawless, they tell me, the fillet of ox to pepper. original appetizer of dried sausage to the hazelnuts with butter. prices higher than the Italian counterparts but well in line with the French ones. possibility of wines to the glass. espresso well prepared and well served. professional service, careful direction of the owner.
