Tras un rato en el coche, llegamos a La Puerta de Arrobio a horas muy de cenar. La verdad es que llevábamos un día de bastante fresco y nuestro coche no estaba muy por la labor de poner la calefacción a funcionar, así que pedimos una sopita de primero que nos puso el cuerpo a tono, y seguimos con dos recomendaciones del dueño: Cebollas rellenas de pollo y setas. Dos platos sorprendentes no sólo por su sabor.
