I a loathe to write a review for this marvellous restaurant it's small but everything is so perfectly formed that getting a table will be soon be an issue. However, when something is this good, you really do have to share. The proprietors are...enthusiastic and the welcome warm, the setting a perfect mix of smart, relaxed, charm and the food is frankly exquisite. Many restaurants trying to rise above deconstruct and rebuild dishes so much these days that the very identity of the food is lost as is the substance. I would say that the dishes here are gussied up' but in a way that subtly encourages the ingredients to be the very best that they can be and elevates each mouthful to a sublime trea...

Ma femme et moi avions lu des critiques en ligne et ressentons souvent que nous ne partageons pas les mêmes goûts que les autres en matière de nourriture. Nous sommes complètement d'accord. L'endroit était imprévisible et animé, mais la nourriture a volé la vedette. Chaque plat avait une série d'arômes inhabituels mais subtils. C'était incroyable! Je regrette juste de devoir parcourir encore 8000 miles pour revenir. S'ils ne parlent pas français, ils rencontreront probablement Michael, co-propriétaire du restaurant. Il nous a aidés à choisir le vin et à expliquer le menu. Un gars vraiment charmant qui admet facilement que sa femme, la cuisinière, est meilleure en cuisine.

the originality of the arome, simple but unusual combinations, led to an unforgettable eating. we had three courses each as superlative as the other. the ambiente des restaurants is relaxed and friendly, yet efficient. because the menu is changed to lunch and dinner, if it were possible, I would have returned to dinner fortunately.

that was really our lucky day. we have this restaurant available at our visit to figeac. only one table, but it was our. unsafe. the greeting of michael; eating; the ambiente; the rose wine (which we ended to buy a magnum from). ...of number 1 in figeac.

like others I write this review, because I want every day in august! great eating, amazing ambiente and wonderful weeping. the best restaurant in figeac my opinion after. wear the excellent and see them soon.
