Fernando was our bartender, DJ and waiter while we stayed at the hotel for four nights. He was absolutely amazing and hardworking. We visited with our two nieces and had run out of ideas after going to the water park. He provided some suggestions which were a perfect fit. I can 't say enough good things about him. Food was ok better than places around there. I did like how the chief went around the room and introduced himself and checked how everything was. Breakfast which was not run by the same owner of the restaurant was ok. Same thing every day. They also put a sign on the bananas which read no to go bananas , which made my family laugh everytime we read it.
La Reggia truly captured the essence of Italy. The moment we stepped inside, we were transported to Rome. The warm, inviting atmosphere, combined with the attentive service, made for a truly memorable dining experience. The star of the show was undoubtedly the handmade pasta. The ravioli, filled with a rich, creamy cheese, was simply divine. The sauce, a perfect balance of sweet and savory, complemented the pasta perfectly. Their seafood and chicken were simply delicious – as good as it could be. In the back of the restaurant, they have large King and Queen halls where we held our Christmas party, and it was wonderful. service was exceptional.
I had the pleasure of dining in for dinner, and overall, it was a fantastic experience. The food deserves a solid rating of 4; it was delicious, and I enjoyed every bite. The service was exceptional, earning a well-deserved 5; the staff was friendly, attentive, and made us feel right at home. The atmosphere also receives a top rating of 5, as the ambiance was warm and inviting, creating the perfect backdrop for a lovely evening. I highly recommend this place!
After a long day on our bus tour, we had the pleasure of experiencing an exceptional buffet at this restaurant. It served as a well-deserved oasis for both rest and nourishment. The atmosphere was truly relaxing and enjoyable, and the addition of music in the ballroom was a perfect way to wrap up the day. I hosted a surprise 60th birthday party for my husband on August 24, and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out. The room was beautiful, and the food was excellent. Nicole was a tremendous help in making this event a success, and all the staff that assisted that night were friendly and courteous. We had an amazing time. I highly recommend this place—100%!
