The big thing about this little restaurant is that it is gluten free. That 's absolutely wonderful if you need to avoid gluten, but not so good if you expect to eat tarts (for that is what they serve) that taste like they were made with... regular pastry. There is quite a big difference that those who are familiar with gluten will notice immediately. On the other hand, if you are coeliac and need to stay away from gluten, this is a wonderful place to come and eat because the owners absolutely guarantee that everything is GF. I was just a few hours in toulon, but within 5 minutes to foot from the harbour, I found this amazing gluten-free paradies. in toulon, from all places! I had a delicious zucchini and goat cheese tea, an salad, a glass wine. and it was not only delicious, but also not too expensive. the sister of the owner has been celiac for 30 years, so it is very knowledgeable. what an absolute joy – I almost cried with happiness. many thanks for a great meal!

this place is very charming and offers both savory and sweet options. they are also open until 20 o'clock, which is really nice as it is one of the few GF-friendly restaurants in toulon. the woman behind the counter was very kind and patient with me. (I don't speak French). if they have zöliakie and need something safe to eat while traveling to toulon, la pure des tartes is a great choice. the strawberry rhubarb option is excellent! thank you!

excellent! fine homemade gluten-free cakes, great tasty sweet soups to take or eat on the large terrace just 2 minutes from the sailing boats. fresh and healthy eating. around 20:00 clock closed, but I went by 7:30 clock randomly and would have... warm welcome event if it were to close the time. I was so glad to find this little jewel in toulon, frankreich! a gluten-free restaurant with delicious cakes and quiches! I recommend this place during your next trip in southern France, safe for celiacs and gluten intolerances.
