LA RICOTTA TRATTORIA

After a year in Colombia, our expectations for an authentic Italian pizza are quite low. In fact, we are almost always disappointed. What a fantastic surprise; we shared the burrata with truffle cream Prosciutto and it must be one of the best pizzas we ever had (including Italia). A perfect base with a touch of truffle and in Burrata with a glass of Cab Sav and finally a creamy gelato to complete this delicious meal. The service was faultless and the Christmas decoration was stylish. Treat yourself!

As an Italian chef I must make a comment about your place . I am also a restaurant owner/chef in taganga Santa Marta . Your food,service and decor was impeccable and faultless . The coast of Colombia is seriously lacking work ethic and service like yours . Mucho gracias and be proud you have the best Italian food in Colombia for so far . Keep pushing :)

This restaurant is a little high for Colombia standards and it shows. Very professional staff, good food, tasteful wine. In most Italian restaurants I wouldn't try Risotto, but in this place I did and I wasn't disappointed. Large portions, accompanied by tasty meat. Go to Ibagué. Réservez une table maintenant

The ricotta shrimp raviolis are delicious, the lasagna de la casa is good, both recommended. The service and fastest delivery is amazing. The only thing to improve is the restaurant is wide open to a main street, so the cars noise is incredible.

Really enjoyed the lobster risotto. Well prepared with arborio rice, blend of cheeses and a small lobster tail on top. We sat outside and night was cool so was very pleasant. Service was quick and friendly.

The food was well prepared and beautifully presented. The flavoring was a little different. The meat sauce in the lasagne was a little sweet. Service is excellent. The restaurant is very fancy for Ibague.

The best Italian restaurant in Ibague and one of the best in Colombia. Genuine Italian cuisine, great menu and ingredients quality. Excellent service. Good price for high quality food and service.

The pasta was on average too best and too expensive, certainly for Ibagué. The service was good, but the outdoor area was a little tired looking.
