La Ripaille - Réserver une table

Quant and basic little spot tucked in between the old buildings. 65e for 4 main meals (there are no starters here), carafe of delicious rose and a soft drink. The menu is small which is no bad thing for a nice and light meal. House Burger cooked to perfection, beef skewers were lovely and tender, goat cheese salad tasted great. Service was a-ok... they misplaced our order so we had to wait a little while but apologies and complimentary olives soon made us forget (to be fair the restaurant went from empty to full as we arrived). This place is always busy. So average cost, pleasent spot, well cooked food and attentive staff, it is well worth a visit.

Surprisingly, I had one of my most enjoyable meals of my trip here because it was so simple and honest - a brochette of duck and dried figs in a nice sauce with julienned vegetables and chips. The setting is also lovely, within a private courtyard with some music played by a man on guitar!

La Ripaille: an easy to mis, but must-eat-here place. In short: friendly staff, fair treatment (we spilled a glass of ice tea, no complaints, just simply replaced!) a pleasant street guitarist, good food and a cosy outside, enclosed seating area as you expect in south of France. Chapeau!

We had a excellent evening by La Ripaille. The food is fresh and excellent. I always judge the cook's love for food by his kid's menu.. bingo this day they had a fresh salmon filet with veg and fries instead of these awful fat chicken nuggets. THANK YOU for that !!

We were a family of five that enjoyed dinner at this small and familiar restaurant. We were all very pleased with our different dishes.
