La Riva- Cucina Italiana

We ate spontaneously on Monday. The restaurant was completely empty, on a large TV ran Italian television. We were quick and friendly, there was no need to be all right. Cabonara ordered but we get Spagetti alla pana (sink, saw). I know that I shouldn't count on a guanciale for 11 euros, but rather sink?
