This restaurant has the potential to be great, however if you are striving for excellence then it just needs to be more authentic. Ive never seen an egg in a quattro stagioni before. The starter was interesting, however I was expecting a bit more on the plate like some rocket just to compliment the italian meats, a shame that the slices were cut too thick they need to be thin delicate 'sotile '. When you go into an Italian restaurant you want to feel the ambiance that goes with it, some Italian music in the background, staff that know their products, knowing when to put the heating on not wait for the customer to tell them its cold.
