The food was mediocre. Almost a twin of Boston Market.Employees make you feel like you are tolerable.Last but not least I ordered 3 combo meals and they gave me a meal with completely different sides I didn't even order and yet they charged me for the sides I did order. And when I got back home and realized they made that mistake I called them to let them know about the mistake made and asked them if they could drop off the sides they replied and said sorry we have no drivers today when I saw a delivery being made when I was there.So I don't know about others but that shows me signs of bad business and customer service.
I frequently order from La Rosa in Marlboro. Today, I decided to try their grilled chicken Gorgonzola salad, but unfortunately, I broke my tooth on the caramelized nuts included in the salad. I called the restaurant to inform them, and the manager's response was quite dismissive, saying something like, "Oh well, we do put nuts in there." I was taken aback and asked if it was acceptable that I broke my tooth. There was no apology or concern for my well-being—absolutely nothing. Right now, I'm at the dentist, and I am extremely disappointed with how they treat their customers!

The service at this restaurant was outstanding, truly deserving of a perfect score. The staff was attentive and friendly, making sure that our experience was smooth and enjoyable. However, the atmosphere left something to be desired. While it was adequate, it didn't quite meet the high standards set by the service. Overall, a great dining experience primarily due to the excellent service!
This is the second time in two weeks that I ordered the chicken strips with the Larosa sauce, and once again, I received honey mustard instead. Although the order was delivered early, all the food was cold. Additionally, my dark roasted chicken had no flavor at all this time. I probably won’t be ordering from them again anytime soon.

LaRosa never fails to exceed our expectations. Always fresh and flavorful. The creamed spinach is to die for. I always buy the large expecting to have leftovers and never do!!
I received extra protein at no extra charge. When I mentioned it to the manager, he replied, "I don’t see any flies here."
Food is good. Delivery terrible. Food was cold. Why? Because the person delivering my food didn't knock as requested.
