La Salita - Réserver une table

My expectations, based on previous reviews, were not met. The Impossible enchiladas were flavorless. The red and green salsas didn’t have any heat. The papas tasted like pre-frozen cubes of potatoes. They don’t have a separate veg menu nor do they give chips and salsa with takeaway orders as previously reported. But the chili relleno was worth dying over. The sopapilla was flaky and soft. The vegan chocolate cake was excellent. The staff was superbly nice.

This place was bomb. So good. I got the avocado rellenos, which was a first for me. Basically fried green chiles topped with avocado. The batter is vegan and most all their sides. I got refried beans and rice on the side too. They have vegan desserts as well though we didn’t try any. My boyfriend said my vegan meal was WAY better than his non-vegan meal. Also the staff was super nice and accommodating. And everyone seemed to know what vegan meant.

First time trying La Salita and I'm in love!! We ordered the impossible enchiladas, the vegan stuffed peppers and sopapilla and everything came out DELICIOUS. Hands down best Mexican food in Albuquerque. The staff was incredibly helpful and polite and I was so happy that they had vegan options for us! Highly reccomend! (They even have vegan cheesecake!!!!

I visited New Mexico to visit a friend and she took me to some incredible restaurants, but that was my favorite!! I had the vegan huevos rancheros with green chili. It was even better than I expected. Many items can be made vegan and gluten-free. The people who work there are super friendly and helpful.

Authentic new Mexican food!! The green Chile was a little watery, but unlike that it was super filled and tasteful. Do not miss the vegan chocolate cake with cheesecake. One of the best chocolate cakes I've ever tried! 5/5 Updated by previous review on 2023-02-02
