The tasting menu concept is essentially simple dishes from your youth redone in a well cooked deconstructed way. So you get chicken and rice, cooked perfectly. Or scallops cleverly reshaped to mimic a taco fish sandwich. Or an attempt to replicate a childhood ice lolly. It’s a nice idea, and the food is beautifully cooked and well presented by incredibly lovely staff. But it’s probably more meaningful if you are Spanish and that was the food of your youth. Also, if you want comfort food, do you want it in tiny portions?

Experiencia perfecta. Se trata de un agradable local, con pocas mesas pero se deja espacio para la intimidad. El servicio es amable y cercano, sin dejar de vista la profesionalidad. El menú original, delicioso, con buen producto y una elaboración que no deja indiferente. En cuanto al vino nos dejamos aconsejar y fue una buena elección para acompañar el menú. En definitiva, uno de los mejores restaurantes de la ciudad, con menú muy bien de precio en relación con la calidad y que va cambiando cada 6 meses.

kitchen that mixes tradition very well with avant-garde cuisine. excellent presentation of dishes and quality of products. everything was very good and surprising. very attentive and friendly staff. deserving the Michelin star in the future.

Presentación un diez pero el sabor de los platos no terminas de cojerlos para toda la historia que te cuentan falta sabor. El plato que lleva guacamole no sabía.
