La Shed Charcuterie Artisanale

I am very disappointed about tonight’s food because the last time I ate here tasted completely different. I came to Le Shed a couple of weeks ago and got 1/4 rib with fries and a macaroni salad. Everything was amazing, ribs were so saucy, perfectly cooked and macaroni salad was very delicious! Today I ordered expecting the amazing food I received last time but it was awful…. Not enough rib sauce on the ribs, ribs were burnt and over cooked and I took two bites of the macaroni salad and had to throw it out cause it tasted so bad! I am so confused and am pretty sure there are different chefs on different days. I don’t want to eat here again because I don’t want to risk wasting more money. ??

La Shed is an excellent bar b a joint in Granby. I ordered the bar b platter Megalomine and it was delicious. Good bbq in Canada next time and I am in Granby I will go there.

No more dining, it’s only a to go charcuterie place. Kinda disappointing, if you plan on travelling here for a sit down meal check elsewhere

We sure do miss the olive meat loaf slices, the owner is proud of his products and they are really good.Thanks
