You wouldn't stop at first sight...that would be a pity! Only locals, that's a good sign: simple but good food, very cheap (between 15€ and 20€ for two including beverages . One example: 1,10€ for a draft beer...I wish it would be the same in France :

Usually full of very satisfied locals ,but always very welcoming to visitors who manage to find this oasis of quality and great value for money . The staff are very friendly and helpful . The hale and cod are excellent , but h, hell, it’s all good !!

the saladilla, more than cold and insipid, the pisto, was good but cold, the acceptable boquerones and the good service and attention.

a fantastic destination. cheap and on a little busy street. very good attention, and very nice waiters
