It was frustrating because I told her it wasn't a big deal; we weren't trying to cheat them, and we can afford to pay for what we ordered. I tried to explain that missing a beer or two shouldn't matter, especially when the price is $7.50 each. If they think they are losing money over this, they should consider providing better service to keep customers coming back. I even said I came here for her but didn't receive any appreciation in return. Instead, she went on about her business costs and said they weren't here to give anything away.
