La Taberna De Gaia

Viajando por el Camino de Santiago desde Astorga a Ponferrada, nos sorprendió encontrar este restaurante en un pueblo casi derruido, Foncebadón, muy cerca de la Cruz de Hierro. Aprovechando las vistas estupendas que los nevados montes del Teleno nos ofrecían, paramos a tomar un café que resultó de puchero. Al entrar nos atrapó la magia del lugar, entre medieval y celta. La taberna está construida con piedra y maderas viejas y al igual que su rústica decoración, el personal lleva la indumentaria que corresponde a la época. Traveling along the path of sango from the astorga to the ponferrada, we were surprised to find this restaurant in an almost ruined village, phncebadon, very close to the iron cross. I would never have imagined to find a restaurant with a medieval cuisine and an atmosphere. Well prepared food in a very successful atmosphere I discovered it by making the French way we get tired and there we recover strength. I'll never forget this place and it's everywhere.
