Our dinner at L’Espadon was nothing short of exquisite. We chose to order à la carte rather than the tasting menu, and every dish we selected was a perfect expression of refinement and creativity. Food was very monotone, if sour is your taste you should go for it. We paid 600€ for us 2 and we didn’t enjoy any of the dishes. How can you ruin the blue lobster like that? It looks so tasty but the taste was horrible! All so sour I don’t understand they have a Michelin Star so sad we could have eaten somewhere else and had a way much better experience Food: 1 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3

J'ai demandé à mon concierge à l'Hilton Opéra où manger. Mes deux critères étaient que la cuisine soit excellente et que le restaurant soit relativement proche. C'est ainsi que j'ai découvert L'espadon, dont le menu m'a totalement convaincu. Réservez une table maintenant

Endroit convivial et décontracté proposant une cuisine française authentique et savoureuse, loin des pièges à touristes. Leur carte regorge de classiques de la gastronomie française et offre une excellente sélection de vins.

La spécialité du restaurant est le poisson, mais j'ai commandé le canard rôti et c'était vraiment excellent.
