In keinster Weise unseren Erwartungen gerecht. Wir haben dieses Restaurant ausgewählt um unsere Silberne Hochzeit zu feiern. Wir haben auch um einen schönen Tisch mit Aussicht gebeten (dies gleich bei der Buchung des Hotels/Restaurant). Obwohl wir die ersten Gäste am Abend waren wollte man uns an einen Tisch in der Mitte des Restaurants, gleich neben der Service Station der Kellner, platzieren. Nach einer kurzen Diskussion hat man uns dann einen schöneren Tisch zugeteilt. Wir bestellten eine Vorspeise und einen Hauptgang (den Apero genossen wir bereits vorher in unserem Pavillon), dazu eine gute Flasche Wein. My boyfriend and his family used to come and have brunch at the palafitte because we always found the setting and the food great. So I wanted to introduce the experience to two of my friends this Sunday. I admit that I left very disappointed, both in terms of the choice of food and the price… 95fr for a brunch with such a limited choice surprised me enormously. For an additional 10fr, we can have an incredible experience at the Montreux Palace for example with an extremely wide choice of dishes. I'm not in the habit of giving negative feedback or negative comments on Google but I don't think we'll come back and I don't think I'll recommend such an expensive brunch with such a poor choice aro...
The restaurant servers were cold and pretentious. We didn't feel welcome. We were placed “at the bar”, even though we under no circumstances wanted to stay there and order something to snack on (we wanted to go to the main room but it was refused! … We asked him what that there was dessert and the waiter told us: “it will go quickly, there is (we didn't understand anything …, and for ice cream, there is a range”. This “welcome” pushed us to leave and for the price we pay and the reputation of the hotel, it is a total aberration to do this.
