La Table De Pierre

We lucked into this place because our original hotel lost our reservation ? . We decided to try the restaurant because we arrived late and didn't want to go out. It was magical! I note just 1 recent review, and I'm wondering how many reviewers ate at the table of the new chef. We had the 7 course tasting menu and Maxime gave us a memorable experience. It started with 4 lagniappes which set the stage for an adventurous stroll thru a French interpretation of South America and other places where Maxime studied. The variety quality of the food was first rate, maybe one of our top 20 experiences of all time. The staff was friendly helpful. The highlight of the meal was the cheese course- goat cheese, cherry sorbet and hazelnuts. On our way out Maxime gave us a personalized signed copy of the menu. It doesn't get much better.

While staying at the hotel property, we dined at La Table de Pierre. Chef Maxime is a true artist and curated a personal tasting menu for is. His innovative presentation and combination of flavors was incredible. One of our most memorable dinners as a couple in all of our world travels. Not only is Maxime on point, but the entire staff is attentive, friendly and makes you feel welcome from beginning to end. Thank you for an incredible evening.

Incredible Signature dinner experience. We were hesitant about food choices with them being “A Surprise” as I’m vegetarian. Chef adjusted the menu to suit my preferences and it was no less amazing than what my counterpart ordered. Presentation was impressive to say the least, taste was superb and the quality and temperature of the fish, and meat was exceptional. The Signature dinner is one experience I would not skip. Thank you Chef Max!!

I can honestly say I have never experienced food so marvellous It is an exploration of taste and flavours The presentation and service is truly exceptional We ate her 12 months ago and the restaurant and the hotel is so amazing we could not wait to revisit Our meal did not disappoint We look forward to our next meal tonight before flying back to the UK tomorrow William and Jean Cornwall

We went to a lot of fancy restaurants while in France. This meal, from start to finish, was my favorite by far. I live in LA and lived in NYC and this may be my favorite meal of all time. EXCELLENT flavors. GORGEOUS presentation. Fantastic service.
