a Saturday evening visit. cozy atmosphere. the sound and smell of italia in the middle of an industrial area. had a very delicious buffalo mozzarella for starter with a homemade parpadelle ragu. the meat melted on my back and the pasta perfectly al dente....Only missed for 5 was a light taste of pork in the pizza of my wife. the kind of old pork taste that they do not want. everything, but that was perfect
After we waited 90 minutes for our main dish, we asked to pay for the appetizers and wanted to leave the place. the personal tried really hard and nice to convince us to stay. they explained that they did not have enough personal and worked very hard to ever do right. they offered free drinks. I and my family have gone because we were too upset about waiting. our appetizers were good.
our first visit: friendly reception; fresh flowers everywhere on the tables; occasionally on a song on the lips of the host; reasonable fabric napkins; candlelight; a small fine tag map; fancy Italian dishes (farinata, artichoke soup, kalbsravioli and everywhere many fresh herbs....grazie tante!
