I visited this location for the first time. It’s smaller than other places I’ve been to, and it was quite busy, which made the staff appear a little overwhelmed. We waited a long time for our food, and I even had to get up to find our server for drink refills. Overall, I’d rate the food a 3, the service a 3, and the atmosphere a 2.
The only good mexican food in Bel Air area. Very good pricing, very good margaritas(buzzed halfway through! . The servers give you plenty of time and there is freshly made guacamole made in front of you! Me and my wife shared the grande special, it's like one of everything. I recommend the enchiladas! It’s always a good night when we pick La Tolteca for dinner. The margaritas are great. Queso, table-side guacamole, tacos, fajitasit’s all delicious.
