La Tonnelle de Gil Renard

this restaurant does not have the kerb claim of some in bormes les mimosas, although it is very centrally located, but we were so glad to feed here. we had read that the restaurant before site offered seasonal food and that the service was...friendly we agree that the food was very delicious. were light, prefabricated and very tasty. we received a large service that was friendly and knowledgeable. my friends and I had two courses each, one main and dessert. very good value for money and a really nice culinary experience.

The restaurant is in a great location with beautiful views. There is also a child’s toy shop ‘in the back’. The teas are wonderful and the owner is a magnificent hostess. The food is all homemade including the bread and they take exception care over...each dish. The desserts were fabulous and we felt very welcome. They even catered for a vegetarian option well. This was the best food and service we had in Bormes.

eating alone can sometimes feel a little unpleasant, but the ladies running this place made me feel very comfortable. they were very friendly and helpful. eating was very tasty and the coating was nice. I can recommend this place very warmly.

had the best meal of good quality fresh food, very nicely cooked and presented. recommend this restaurant. excellent service. run them from a very nice friendly couple who are proud of their restaurant to deliver only the best.

I found the food to be well prepared and tasty here but very expensive and the wine list even more expensive. I would think twice before returning due to the prices charged.
