We've just had the most disgusting meal we've ever had here. Starter seafood was not fresh and not pleasant but the main course was hideous, beef cheeks, which if cooked well are delightful however obviously this chef does not know how to cook good food. The meat had the most awful stale aftertaste it was how you would imagine dog food to taste. I dread to think how long it has been sat around. Sauce was awful too and all served with plain boiled pasta. To top it all each plate of hideous dog food cost us €17! Suffice to say we won't be back again. Pitiful.

We came in here for an early dinner and we did not regret it. We had the 37 and 23 euro menus. We highly recommend the fois gras, the oysters and the mussels. It is great value to order a local bottle of cider rather than a glass. Our waitress was very attentive and patient with our limited French. I recommend arriving early, as she is the only waitress and service can get slow, since the place was full of locals, which is always a good sign!

Very good value for money restaurant close to Mt. St. Michel. Well appointed and clean. Food is well presented and ample. Service is friendly and efficient. Aspect is pleasant overlooking a well decorated small roundabout and park beside the river.Go to Mt. St. Michel because it is stunning but eat here because you won't be ripped off at a tourist honeypot.

There are limited dining choices in Pontorson and all of them are ok. This restaurant is run by the owner/chef and we came for an early dinner. The menu is quite extensive and the overall quality of food is good, not overpriced and is a good choice for dinner.
