for our six-month jubilee we were recommended by our hotel owner to dine in la trencadis. honored by the beautiful frederike, who was not only a wonderful cook, but also a warm and welcoming host. we sat in the garden area with other diners who surrounded the warm night air from the old building and sucked green around us on the water. embedded among other similar buildings, it stood for its simplicity and subtle lighting. we left the menu choice to frederike and we had four courses, each with its own exquisite taste. the wein was a 2017 domain de la meunerie caruso red that was neither too heavy nor light. broth was continuously refilled through each cure. I will not even try to explain the divine taste of thunfish with lemon and pfeffer with paprikasauce served with a green salate. the mix of all the tastes and textures that our munde showed with joy. next were small pasta packages with artichoke and a pancetta style meat. that was probably my favorite. next was a dish with crispy parmesan served on the head. there was a choice. I had the cream with strawberry and ice and my partner had chocolate joy with coffee mousse on the side. with every cure we have talked with other diners idly and the atmosphere was relaxed and warm. wheelchair friendly. kid friendly. toilets clean. credit card facilities available. I apologise for misunderstandings about the menu, but I was so sharpened in the night that I am more attentive to my husband than my eating. we will return and thank them frederike.
