Der Apperitiv hieß Königlicher Harz, ausgeschrieben als Harzer Waldfruchtlikör mit Sekt. Es war einfacher Sekt mit Cassis. Als Vorspeise viel die Wahl auf Blattsalat mit geräucherter Wildentenbrust in cremingem Balsamicodressing: das Dressing fehlte ganz, konnte auch nicht nachgeliefert werden, weil es laut Küchenchefs der Kreation den Geschmack nimmt. the ambiente is really very appealing, the service is very nice and endeavored, however we would have expected more in the price category. we had to give ourselves the wee ourselves, for example, which is not bad, but does not fit the uplifted impression that is conveyed here. the food was reasonably delicious, but also here the price and performance didn't fit right. a truffle has run past at best, there was no truffle to taste out. the fish was totally dry and partly we had the impression that finished products were used, e.g. in the potato gratin. this is in this price category but not ok! the brain medals were excellent! last but last but we wanted to order a dessert, but there the cook...

we wanted to celebrate our family (oma's 90). the dream was then quickly to end, as unfortunately there were only eating of the buffet. the appetizers were very close, most of the dishes at the buffet were cut off after 15 minutes and from the kitchen almost nothing was laid down. this all was just as little as the demanded, excessive price.Sacred, pity, but thanks to it we changed the following day of the selection because of the restaurant.The service was excellent, however, as well as the spatialities were broad.

very nice hotel. and the service is very nice and friendly. have been hanging here. the room is very beautiful and badly huge. the evening buffet is okay. because we have weeks, there is nothing out of the map that I find a cannon. would like to try resin grill plate. the wellness area is clean and there is a pleasant atmosphere. It's a pity that's not done.
on Saturday there was a buffet for dinner. sufficient and versatile so that all wishes were fulfilled for my vegetarian friends. professional and attentive service rounded off the picture and made the evening become a culinary experience.
the hotel is about months young. Therefore the equipment is very modern and new. in the wellness area there is a Finnish sauna, a steam bath and one.
eating was average and plentiful. the service was very good. unfortunately we had not had such great people. but gastronomy can't do it.
