We spontaneously came across this beauty of a restaurant on an evening stroll through Strasbourg lucky for us, one table was still free but I’d suggest making a reservation. First of all, the restaurant itself is absolutely marvelous! The carte features many regional classics like the Choucroute or Bibeleskaes and is neatly arranged I dislike nothing more than overloaded cartes… I chose the entrée suggestion of Asaparagus in Morelsauce with Puff Pastry, which was nothing short of sensational! My main of Veal Cordon Bleau with sautéed potatoes (which evoked positive childhood memories) was also highly recommendable.
