My husband and I passed the sign for this restaurant a dozen times before finally stopping. It's just north of Alella, with views of the valley. The grounds have fruit trees and a vineyard and roses the size of your head. We arrived towards the end of lunch so there were only about 6 other tables occupied. We sat at a table by the window, we ordered the lunch special which was a Russian salad, grilled whole fish with vegetables and a variety of desserts, fresh strawberries, gelato with whipped cream and crème brulee. And of course a local rioja. The food was done perfectly, especially the fish. The service was friendly as were the locals that chatted with us. We speak Spanish but not Catalyan, so it was interesting. Loved our lunch, too bad we waited for our last meal in the area to eat here.
