Set among a busy street with strip malls, box stores and fast food restaurants sits this bistro/brewery. The only beer they offer is what they brew and...they also use it in thier meal preps. Very busy micro pub in Chicoutimi, it was our first visit there. Promptly seated at the bar, these guys have their COVID protocol rehearsed, efficient and well organized. We had four beers, fish brisket tacos were excellent, both flavourful, the fish taco was especially...well done. The brisket was very good so I ordered the brisket burger which was equally good. Fries were frozen and not that good. She ordered the salmon tartare, not outstanding, just your average tartare, seasoning could be improved. We sampled a few beers, we really love their offerings, although we came back to our favorite the IPA, our waitress was really good and helped us sample a few of the newer ideas. Main drawback...
Went there on a Friday night, tried to get a reservation but it was booked solid but still managed a couple of seats at the bar early in the evening. Service was super friendly and fast, solid recommendations from the menu... and great beers! Might...not be ideal for peeps with fragile tummies, but a very very cool spot. Reasonable pricing as well.
We were a group of the restaurant was able to accommodate us easily. They would only accept a reservation after Good meal, microbrewery beer was very good.

Great beer here! A full spectrum of ten microbrews all brewed on site (I think) ranging from a dark Imperial Stout to a blonde pilsner and everything in
Solid local microbrewery / the place to go for twenty and thirty-somethings who want to have a beer Or three! Staff is friendly, place is often crowded
Tried their #1 beer, the Criminal. Strong Imperial Stout, full of flavor and goes extremely well with their burger with beer dipped twisted fries
Make their own beers, food is pub style, lots of single women out on the town, as their husbands are out hunting!

Food is reasonable, service too. Beer was great. Kids menu available and nice ambience. I would come back.
