Had dinner on the terrace overlooking the jet d'eau (and traffic) and were pleasantly surprised. Service is very good and fast/efficient and waiter was eager to help. Japanese food was very good but the wine selection was only average to poor (they need to work on that front and will definitely have a winning formula). Very convenient location with a great view of the Lake but unfortunately the traffic and proximity of the zebra crossing and of a popular ice cream shop around the corner means there is an incessant flow of people walking around you and blocking the view. We stumbled across this bar as we were looking for somewhere to have a couple of drinks. Really friendly staff who were chatty and smiley. We didn't eat here but the drinks were extremely reasonable. We were also provided bread and olives to snack on as we sat at the bar. We had just arrived in Geneva that day and so we had a couple of questions on how to get to places which the staff were more than happy to answer. Really nice decor inside and a great location just set back from the Lake, in view of the fountain. I can't believe there aren't other reviews about this place! The food that we saw others eating looked delicious! Definitely recommend.
We came here for lunch on a sunny April day. The restaurant has a small terrace but it was still a bit too cold. We reserved for 8 and found nice table set up for us with the best view of the lake and the Jet d’eau. The plat du jour was fish with vegetables and a salad as a starter for Chf 19. Best tartare de boeuf and sushi I've ever had - and in the same sitting!My wife and I stumbled across it after a walking tour of Geneva, as it's right across the street from the Jet d'Eau. We got a table right away and the interior and staff were top. The bathrooms in this place are like a starship, really quite impressive decor. It was reasonably priced (for geneva) and the food was just excellent.

We came here to eat and my wife asked if she could bring our newborn into the bathroom. The owner stopped her and said she had to order first to go to the bathroom. We left that I would never give my money to an unattended owner
Fast lunch on a windy Sunday. Nice service, very good fondue, perfect vineyard on the lake and the mountains. Vulnerabilities: Missing some beer types on the menu, ladies toilet door not to lock.. Accepted pets.
We were hoping for a fast brunch before we went to Montreaux. Unfortunately in the late morning everything was available, coffee. There was only one person working from what we could see and she was friendly.
The restaurant is located close to jeu d'eau and after visiting there, me and my wife stopped for lunch at La Voile. We had the dish of the day, wine and dessert. The food was great as well as the service.

I had a really good experience at "La Voile". The waitress was really kind & attentive to our demand. The prices was correct, it's tough to find low prices in Swiss anyway.. The food is really good.
A nice place with fresh fish and good plates. Decoration is really amazing, you feel like in a boat. Go there !
