Went as a party of 10, as we were being treated to an evening of tapas. 3 vegetarians, 2 pescatarians and the rest omnivores! Food was delicious, with something as simple as a tortilla elevated to a near religious experience! The croquettas(sp? were light and packed with flavour. We had deep fried, golden cubes of cod served with homemade mayonnaise. Black pudding, piementos del padron and creamed mushrooms kept the table very happy, and a warm salad was the perfect accompaniment to our meal. There was food a plenty, and good, earthy wine to wash it all down with. Thank you Kate and Andy, and thank you La Xunca, for giving us a memorable meal.
