The food and service at Labadee Manoir were terrible. The staff simply sat around doing nothing and stared at me without offering any assistance. They never checked on us; we had to call them just to get basic utensils. Our table was dirty when we arrived, despite workers being nearby. After we finished eating, the plates and glasses remained on the table until we asked a worker to clear them. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I wouldn’t return to Labadee Manoir or recommend their menu.
Very slow service and they don't always get the orders right I've upgraded this review to 4 stars because the last time I was there the server was very attentive. There were no seats available and the hostess made sure we had seats. The server keptchecking on us. The band was great. My husband and I danced a lot. We truly had a great time.
The food was delicious, flavorful, and enjoyable. I have no negative comments; they should keep up the excellent work in providing great food, entertainment, and a relaxing atmosphere. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that I haven’t had the chance to try all their dishes yet. Keep up the fantastic work!
This place has so much potential, the food is so delicious specially the bouillon tet kabri aka goat soup. However, sometimes their customer service skill is sometimes inconsistent. If you can get past that and enjoy your food and their Friday andSaturday nights events you will most likely enjoy yourself
