Ce n'est pas un camping 4 étoiles ! Une catastrophe, ils nous ont donné un mobil-home qui ne correspondait pas à celui de la photo que nous avions réservé. Nous avons payé un supplément pour passer à un meilleur mobil-home, mais il s'est avéré qu'il était encore plus vieux et plus sale que le premier. Finalement, après quelques allées et venues, on nous a donné un autre mobil-home. Comparé aux deux premiers, celui-ci était plutôt correct, mais rien d'exceptionnel. La propreté était inexistante, les matelas, les couverts, etc., donnaient l'impression d'avoir été laissés à l'abandon depuis longtemps. À l'exception des nouveaux mobil-homes en bois, le reste semblait venir d'autres campings qui...
A disappointing experience with rude pool staff and poor facilities I recently stayed at this campsite and unfortunately my experience did not live up to my expectations. The main reason for my disappointment was the unpleasant behavior of the pool staff. Their unwelcoming attitude and lack of professionalism significantly tarnished my stay. In addition to the rude staff, I was disappointed with the quality of the facilities. The premises were in poor condition and poorly maintained. Showers were often dirty and smelly, which added to my discomfort. As a camper, I expected this establishment to provide quality services and a pleasant environment to relax. This campsite is divided into 2 parts, old side and new side, we spent our stay in the old part. The old side is super abandoned and has put everything on the new side. negative points: sanitary facilities clean with a water jet, flush which rarely works, leaking faucet, pitches with protruding branches, difficult with a large caravan, lack of play for children, burnt out sanitary lighting and barbecue permitted in drought (anything) positive point: spacious location, rather lit paths, outdoor swimming pool (quite old) but functional and super pleasant, hot shower water as well as dishwashing sinks, etc. Réservez une table maintenant
Quel dommage. Nous avons eu un mois de soleil éclatant et de températures élevées, et le restaurant est fermé ! Il y a des gens partout qui se promènent, et les gens vont acheter leurs repas ailleurs pour les déguster devant le camping, face au lac. Quelle perte de revenus... Heureusement, il y a l'Orée du Bois à Châteauneuf qui a tout compris. Ils sont complets pour le déjeuner et le dîner, et toujours avec le sourire. Merci à eux !
