We stayed at hotel Lacotel for 2 nights and thought that we should give the restaurant a try given it's high rating in TripAdvisor, but the service was lacking and the food was average much to our disappointment. We went there during dinner time and our 2 years old son was already very hungry. Didn't see too many people before us so thought it might be quick. Ordered a kids meal of fish fillet and a pizza. But our order didn't appear even thought those that came after us was served and some even finish their meal. Large parking available. a few meters walk from the beach. ideal for morning coffee, aperitif, lunch, tea time, aperitif and evening meal, in the room or on the terrace. more than a restaurant, a rest stop. on holiday three steps from the city. very busy place in season, perfect off season and week to find calm and relaxation. here in the januar visited a group of 7 adults and 2 children, adults mostly went for the wonderfully presented dry bark meat at the entrance of the restaurant. fantastic aroma on the rib eye steak and well presented on the teller. the others had the locality of the perch meuniere, again top class. and the children had excellent pizza. the vully red wein was an enormous improvement, what they produced 20 years ago and would highly recommend it. a total of 5 stars for eating and service. in the future
meat restaurant, pizza, and qlq good small dishes. razed bone meat in the establishment. Card made without being too large. seasonal dishes. every day two menus (less than 20.-) choose the noon plus suggestions. Quick service. the dishes with the map are a little more expensive than normal but the quality is tjs at the appointment.

for short stays ok if you have no high demands. it has earned its 3 stars and it is also all in the room you need. coffee, tee and water are free. the bathroom has come into the years, yet everything is present. I didn't test the restaurant, only the breakfast I was discussing because of the lack of choice.
our second time to visit this restaurant. each time we are on a tour in this region. burger was the excellent, by far the best I had in Switzerland. we also had the grilled dry bark. superb! They never caught us. mushroom soup. foie gras was a joy. this resto knows how to serve very good food.
I've heard a lot about this place for the quality of its meat. the external aspect does not necessarily attract attention. However, to have gone 3x in the last few months, I can assure that the meat is always as succulent. the service is good and the wine list of good augure.
very good discovery by stopping me with a client. Meat is excellent and you can see the success that it brings to this establishment.Personal nice and qualified though a little overwhelmed at a time. I'll be back.

pleasant setting. terrace suitable for escape. interesting map. the menus are worth the detour (mention to the blue cord.) but the service is catastrophic. The slowness and error do not induce to return. Too bad.
in this restaurant we have already spent some picturesque beautiful evenings with a fine eating. roast beef on wood charcoal and the fresh salad with it, a dream.
