We had lunch two or three times when the restaurant opened..and were seduced..the owner praised his concept of homemade and refined cuisine with fresh seasonal products.. We fell hard yesterday.. I had a Caesar salad à la carte directly from Métro..chicken and industrial and tasteless parmesan..ditto for the sauce or the tired salad..nothing cooked..from the assembly of industrial products..not bad..but not good.. My husband took a main course dessert...nothing to say about the calf's head...dessert chosen when ordering Floating island...replaced twice following a shortage...and ended up bringing him a piece of dry brownie without any accompaniment...he had to ask for a little Chantilly (ind...
