My flight is around pm and planing arrived early to airport for avoid the traffic jam in Paris . I have decide my dinner in Laduree restaurant . Because I'm very tired lazy to find good restaurant and just wanted to sitting down relaxing...my last few hours . When I step in to the restaurant waiters didn't greeting not look happy face , then the waiters found one table for me to sitting now the he bring me desert menu and didn't ask me for dinner or just for drinks and desert .Then I stop another girl waiters require for the dinner menu to eat then she reply me all you can eat with some attitude reply . In my mind said this girl unpolite way ,off course I know inside menu all can eat just want for dinner menu not desert menu ,the girl waiters feel not really willing to serve me maybe I can't spoke in French .i saw everyone served with French speaker with good attitude with smile face . Not for me Then I order tuna sandwich and lemonade for my dinner , around min arrived my dinner presentation are beautiful .When I started to small bite my sandwich i found had hair in this sandwich I feel so disgusting then i inform to waiters said my sandwich got hair and he try used the hand to pull but can't in the end he apologize and bring back kitchen exchange another set for me . After min they bring me another new set of sandwich and fried potato , then they start to serve me with good way without attitude . Started with this bad experience my sandwich with hair , I have thinking not sure will going back to this restaurant or not !!!!! What I can recommend is please double check your food before eating make sure not hair in your food . Second think if you can speak in French they will very happy to served you . For me is not job interview need to speak in French another things is why not you try to speak more in English and also is international language . Sad things if ppl treat you with bad attitude .
After my flight into Paris was delayed, I missed my connecting flight and having over hours wait I decided to go to what appeared to be the nicest place in the airport. As soon as I walked in I was completely ignored by every...single member of staff, finally a waiter sat me down, I waited an additional mins for someone to walk by or even acknowledge that I was there, I asked the lady for a bottle of water, she gave me a dirty look and went on to have a conversation with anothe staff member my order was ignored and I waited another mins for the same waiter who sat me down to ask me if I wanted anything to drink. After my drinks arrived water and coffee I asked if I could please have a croissant to a waitress walking I got a nod and waited for anther mins for the same woman who initially ignored me when I ordered the water was finally bothered to come over I asked for a croissant again and she made me aware that they didn’t have any more. I ordered some French toast and as soon as it arrived the bill was brought to the table even though it was never requested. Then I waited another for someone to bring the card machine at this point I was just annoyed. From the continuous dirty looks given by the staff and lack of attention you’re better off going to Starbucks!!!!
A pastel world and a coffee for This could be an experience. But the staff is very non-chalant. They don't care less and smiling could be too much. The service IS very cold, they chat with each other and give a hate-liked impression. Is...that so boring to work there? Starbucks near by works better. Then there were a very aggressive woman working at Airport service. I hope she will find another job. I mean people just try to do their best and she gets money for it. So it s ok, but if it last point on your trip make it more confortable.
malgré le fait qu'il est parfois plein de clients le personnel fait bien leur travail, avec efficacité et de bonnes manières. sandwichs club sont très bons et cuits sur place sur demande... le chocolat utilisé pour la boisson et les pâtisseries est de haute qualité et... dans le goût. c'est un budget plus élevé qu'un aéroport sandwixh mais d'entre vous ont le temps et l'argent qu'il vaut
