Today I visited the Lago Lounge Bar for an aperitif. First the positives: There is nothing wrong with the friendliness of the staff. Unfortunately for you I expect something more than just kindness. If the menu offers two versions of Aperol Spritz (with white wine or Prosecco), which I only noticed when I got home, it is customary in the industry for the guest to be asked about their preference. Not happened. Unfortunately, the Aperol that was served to me was neither stirred nor was a straw served with it. So I had to ask about it first. I also ordered something to nibble on. As requested, I was served olives and Parmigiano. So far so good everything is fine. Given the olive pits and the size of the Parmigiano pieces, I would have expected a serviette. none. As for the olives (divided into three bowls; each one the same variety), I seriously wonder if that's all your bar stocks. If so, a bit poor. It's a shame that so little value is placed on quality (at management level).
