a really nice and clean therm with great sauna area, which also invites you to relax at high operating conditions.Only the gastronomy leaves to be desired, which is why I take off a star. the food tastes very good, but the service is really underground and partly also not friendly but almost desinteressed. Here, it would perhaps be appropriate to use at least one learned force which initiates the aid and pays attention to a regulated procedure. not only on our table, but also on the side tables, it had to be pointed out by the guests that orders are included. further orders were partially forgotten, or served with an incredible delay (we got the food before the drinks). at this time, at least in the sauna area of the restaurant, there were three small tables, but the service staff were four behind the counter and worked together on a cocktail.We really like to get into the therme and also eat there very much, but it was already happening to us that we either pre-order and even think at home whether we do not eat after the therme elsewhere.

very beautiful saunas but unfortunately only 4 at the number. steam bath unfortunately closed due to corona. many other therms have open steam baths. where we were there it was unfortunately very full. resteraunt in the sauna area could be bigger.

today for the first time there. the two ladies at the reception were so unfriendly that I will never invite them again!Thanks to their patience, the whole joy was spoiled for us on the stay.

the sauna area is great; the thermal pools are ok from the surface. gastronomy has waited a bad service once an hour for the currywurst (and then must pay in).

clean, not too full,nettes personal. the wellness area is clear, but the choice is great enough.
