Lahodny Restaurant

I was there on the way back from Aspern, with navigation is not a problem to find, and plenty places to park in area. From outside it doesn't look good, the inside is also not so nice, but the service and food perfect :) When you entrance the smell of cigarette is a bit scary, but further on they have also non smoking area, and there the smell isn't harsh. The order and food was quick, the lady was very nice, prices aren't maybe at bottom line but it is worth it. I took Vienna Sznicel with kartofel salad, the salad could be a bit warmer and sznicel a bit thiner, but really the taste... Perfect! One on the best on my top 5 list. Can easily recommend.

Ich finde es so schade,das der Lahodny generell abgebaut hat. Wir hatten schon sehr viele Feiern beim Lahodny,aber das Essen wurde immer schlechter,es gab einen trockenen Kümmel-Braten,Knödel war auch nicht gut,wir mussten oft eine Stunde und länger aufs Essen warten.Ohne Entschuldigung des Personals,da hat man sich schön öfters geärgert. Jetzt gehen wir schon längere Zeit nicht hin,aber wir werden es wieder ein mal probieren,wir wohnen nicht weit entfernt,aber das Preis-Leistung Verhältnis passt überhaupt nicht,viel zu teuer für das Essen.

wir bestellten, der Saison entsprechend, Spargel. Die Spargelcremesuppe war etwas zu salzig , Der Spargel klassisch aber sehr gut, ebenso Spargel Cordon Bleu. die Speisen kamen sehr rasch, ein Missverständnis beim Bestellen wurde mit viel Entschuldigung und einem Kaffee wieder gutgemacht. Beim Lahodny, welcher eine Institution im Bezirk ist, werden immer Geburtstage, Hochzeiten und anderes abgehalten, Reservieren wäre zu empfehlen.

Essen sehr gut, immer wieder Saison Karte. Reservierung empfohlen. Großes Lokal, für mich zu voll und eng. Mag keine anderen Gäste an meinem Tisch, nur weil sonst nix frei ist.

Came here for a great Veiner Schnitzel. Busy local restaurant very popular and really good food. You should visit.
