What a fantastic find! The restaurant offers a lovely view, and the owner is incredibly friendly and helpful. They have an impressive understanding of veganism and even know that honey isn't an option. We visited on a Sunday, so the menu was limited to just a few dishes, with choices between "kargen" items and salads. We decided to combine the two! We enjoyed a roasted vegetable tart, brat potatoes, a selection of sides, and for dessert, we had a delicious chocolate orange cake with a creamy topping.
We visited this restaurant frequently and have consistently enjoyed excellent food at great value, with generous portions. They offer a complete vegan menu with plenty of options, including appetizers and desserts. For those who don't choose vegan, there are still plenty of choices available. The owners are very friendly and often come over to chat, reassuring diners that vegan dishes are prepared separately from meat dishes. I would give this place five stars if the system allowed me to!
Came to the aqua park and wandered over to the cafe for an ice cream and a drink but once we saw the Carvery and salad bar we swiftly changed our minds! Lunch was delicious and very reasonable which isn’t words that I get use often these days! And what sets this place apart is not only the gorgeous views of the lake but the people running the cafe who were so helpful and lovely. We will be back for sure!
I visited today and had a wonderful experience. The staff were very friendly and chatty, and the food was quite good. I also enjoyed a discount with my service card or blue card, which made the meal even more affordable. I will definitely be returning!

Went for Sunday dinner and WOW !!!! it was lovely .. cauliflower cheese to die for , staff were so friendly it was like having Sunday lunch with friends .We will definitely be regulars thank you so much for a lovely Sunday afternoon .
The staff were very loud, shouting to each other while my husband and I were trying to enjoy our meal. The restaurant was dirty, with stained carpets throughout. The food was disappointing and unappetizing.

Went for a Sunday roast and it was lovely, lots of options at the carvery and the staff were amazing very nice and chatty. Option to sit inside and out with a lovely view outside.
