I hardly know where to start! I was on the hunt for a restaurant that could accommodate a lunch for 30 people, and I discovered this gem. At first, I only intended to place a food order, but they offered me a hall where I could host my entire group. When I later inquired about decorating the space for my baby's first birthday, they informed me that the hall was mine for the entire day, and I could do whatever I wanted with it. We had checked out other venues, and they were charging between $50 to $70 per hour just for the space, not including food. We were absolutely delighted to find this place!
My husband and I traveled from out of town to visit Maryland, and we had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The service was outstanding. It's a spacious place that maintains a casual and affordable vibe. The food was fresh and made to order—just a note that the buffet is available only on weekends. I ordered the curry chicken, and it was packed with flavor, juicy, and served in a generous portion. I also confirmed that the meat is Zabihah hand-slaughtered halal, sourced from Farmer's Halal, which hand-slaughters all their meat. Overall, we were very pleased with our visit!
I was extremely disappointed with my experience. The Chinese food was far from fresh; it tasted like it had been prepared days ago. Additionally, the woman who greeted us was quite rude. I had called ahead to confirm that the buffet would be open until 9:30 PM, and we arrived before 9. However, she had a negative attitude and seemed reluctant to let us in until someone intervened. She made us feel guilty for arriving "late," even though we weren't late at all. This level of unprofessionalism was unacceptable. We certainly won't be returning. If I could give zero stars, I would.

We felt unwelcome for entering, even though we were well within the time frame. It was very unprofessional! This will definitely be our last visit. If I could, I would give it a zero-star rating. I called them at around 11 AM on Sunday, and the lady informed me that they only offer a buffet. When I arrived, the same lady said the buffet wouldn't be ready for another hour. They offered me paya instead, but the soup was almost black and the plate was filled with bones. I ended up wasting $23, and I do not recommend this place.
The restaurant has new owners, and the food is exceptional, as are the prices! The service from the new owner was truly impressive. My family and I had a wonderful time in 2022! Everything was fresh and delicious. May Allah bless them with even more success, Ameen. They even included sodas with the buffet!
