On a trip to the Ostalb we took a break in the “Lamm” in Heubach. The “Lamm” is a classic agricultural tourism, where one believes that the time has remained somewhere in the 1960s. So we were curious what we could expect. This is where the boss cooks. We chose the classic “Panierte Schnitzel mit Pommes Frites und Salat” and a “Chefsalat”. We were not disappointed. The portions were so large that they could not be eaten completely. This is a pity, because the food in the lamb is really delicious. The additional salad for carving contained a large number of different salads. The potato salad is cost as homemade. There was no reason to complain about “Chefsalat”. A large part with fresh salads...
