Dans cette vieille ferme aménagée avec beaucoup de gout la salle manger tout en boiserie et pierre apparente se trouve au premier étage (accès possible par ascenseur pour personnes à mobilité réduite). Service impeccable (sauf la légère attente au rez de chaussée pour l'accueil, il manque quelqu'un de permanent). Le menu dégustation en 8 plats est génial. Beau produits (saumon sauvage, langoustine, rouget, boeuf, bouquetin) d'origine variée (France, Suisse, AFS, Autriche, USA) bien travaillés. Il y a aussi un menu végétarien. Très belle carte des vins . Dommage que le menu ne soit pas laissé sur la table pour être emporté à la fin du repars en souvenir comme cela se fait parfois dans d'autre...
our sister's excursion this year was a dreamlike experience, a four-hour festive for eyes and eyes! Every time a work of art on the teller that deserves the name plaisir more than. a charming couple of hosts, very attentive service, often supervised by the chef personally with carisma and lots of humor, a true artist who doesn't cook for stars and points (he would have earned more!) but for his guests, with passion and great creativity. not to consume too much of the huge, seductively fine bread selection, the portions are generously dimensioned, otherwise one cannot keep through until the last dessert. thanks for the unforgettable experience in the beautiful, well maintained garden!
on the way through, to which stau escaped, we decided spontaneously to a lunch in this beautiful restaurant. all the tables were occupied but it was immediately brought into the free terrace. Unfortunately there were no vegetarian variants in the menu so I decided to choose an à la carte variant. chf 54-. for a vegetarian lead we found something expensive! the amuse bouche was delicious, the various brote delicious. also the friandise and the pralinen were unique.A kitchen at the highest level, absolutely recommended!Very friendly and warm service.
we were two there and will go more often. when we were at the beginning kindly come home here and wished us a lot fun, we thought what should be. but when that was eating we understood wiso. it was an absolute joy to eat, a fork full in the mouth and there was truly a taste explosion. Although I otherwise get hungry at many small walks, I had never felt hungry all night. very hospitable and here you really feel as a king and queen. highly recommended. here you eat at the highest level in an incomparable ambiente. herr and woman lampart are present. the extremely creative menu is diverse and reveals a different wonderful variety of tastes at each stage. every walk a culinary experience. great wine selection. the service is friendly and attentive. with full house you have to expect longer pauses between the courses so that eating can be felt. the prices are very high but one has a impressive overall experience. you have to experience it and just enjoy it!
the lampart’s was a lucullic high point. the device was very tasteful. the various passages of eating were a pleasure. the red thunfish with watermelon radish a tongue-smooth. between the individual walks you will be spoiled with small surprises from the kitchen. the bread selection is exquisite and dangerous. the service was accommodating but not intrusive. If you really want to get something extraordinary, they are here at the right address.
I came with high expectations and was not disappointed. The staff was friendly, attentive and yet very professional. The homemade bread was delicious and all 13 courses were bordering on perfection with most of them being flawless. The wine selection is generous and there are some great choices! This being Switzerland the prices are cheap and the food exceeds all standards!Will be returning if next in Switzerland.
