The Birkenhof in Sinz has been one of our favorite restaurants for many years. The kitchen is super fresh, regional, seasonal and refined. Chef Martina uses the highest quality in their products. The portions are generous and the ambience is modern and cozy. All three Koster women make every visit a wonderful experience. We always like to come to the Birkenhof to enjoy, relax and chat. 5 stars plus from us and a warm thank you!

A beautiful farm, with very good taste. Zander on spinach with split potatoes, a poem. Rooms are clean and sufficient from size. The staff is very friendly, it is a personal atmosphere. Outdoor area cozy and pleasant to relax.Every good we wish to the team, we like to come back.Fam. Stone
